As much as I try to keep this site up to date I am often far behind, but I am very active on social media so please like/follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok for recent posts about my adventures and projects.

About Me

I am a woman with many obsessions and creative outlets. I grew up in northern Virginia and moved to western Washington over a decade ago. My family consists of myself, my spouse, a black cat named Gally, and often a pet rodent or spider or two. We have lived in many cities around the Seattle area but now take residence in Tacoma.

I love to travel, I am obsessed with hiking, camping, backpacking, and traveling overseas, and I take tons of photos when I do any of those things. I get paid to do busy computer stuff for a non-profit that helps families with urgent mental health needs.

I also volunteer at a local animal shelter, fostering cats and kittens until they are ready for adoption. I’ve been fostering for four years now and enjoy it a lot. When I am not walking in the forest, doing busy computer stuff, or cuddling kittens, I am usually in my studio working on some art project. I have been creative all my life, always making things to give as gifts to my family and friends. I have taken plenty of specialized art classes and will take many more whenever given the opportunity. Learning is fun!
